In 2012 Royal Bengal Trading became Royal Bengal Trading Co.Ltd solidifying themselves as a top trader in Trinidad. Their main item became Ocean Pearl Basmati and Jasmine Rice. At this time, popular supermarkets such as Bel Air Stores, Persads, Massy Stores and JTA Supermarket became wholesale customers of Royal Bengal Trading Co. Ltd.

Eventually, an abundance of products were imported; Haldiram snacks from India, Shan products from Pakistan and Laxmi Brand products from the United States. Royal Bengal Trading remains an exclusive trader for Ocean Pearl Rice, Shan Masala, Pran Products, National Masala and more recently a new range of Arabians spices from the Durra brand.

Our

History

Royal Bengal Trading was founded in 2008 by Abdul Wahab. He first migrated from Bangladesh to Trinidad in 2007 and became the sole trader of PRAN products that were imported from Bangladesh and sold to supermarkets within Trinidad. The most popular item among the PRAN brand was their juices, that were unique to all groceries.

Between 2010-2011, Royal Bengal Trading became popular at events such as the Divali Nagar and were known for many of their Indian delights, snacks and sweets.
